Lovely spacious cottage with absolutely superb views all round. It was cosy and warm (if needed) and the beds were really comfortable. We loved the 2 chickens, that visited for breakfast every day. All in all a cottage to be recommended.

A fantastic base for exploring this wonderful area - a well furnished and maintained cottage, within walking distance of two pubs. Very cosy and welcoming with loads of things to do and see at no great distance.

The cottage was perfect, in particular the surrounding views were lovely on every corner. Nobody hassled us at all and the dogs and chickens (more like pets) were a joy. There was a real sense of 'getting away from it all'. I certainly would recommend this holiday to young and old. Lovely freedom for children, but we had my 96 year old mother with us who had a super holiday. She is exceptional for her age but has told all her friends it was one of her best holidays ever!

The accommodation was ideal for a family holiday and the location was first class with plenty to do in the area without having to travel too far to get anywhere. Ideal for relaxing and exploring.
